In February, we took a quick weekend trip to visit friends at Pepperdine. I took a long walk to check out some of the damage from the last large fires that swept across Southern California, leaving lots of damaged homes and hillsides. Pepperdine withstood some pretty nasty fires.
We also couldn't miss the annual Superbowl party with Chuck. I think Daniel's been going for close to 9 years and I've made the last 3 or 4 in Seattle and Malibu. We got to catch up with some great friends...here's Cat holding Mihret, who we got to meet in person for the first time. Welcome to the family!
Now I've seen Joe in a number of contexts...but never this excited over football! :)
